Welcome to PixelGemDesigns.com! By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Delivery Information

Local Delivery (Philippines)

  • Orders within the Philippines are delivered via Lalamove or Grab delivery for fast and secure service.

Overseas Delivery

  • Overseas orders are typically delivered via UPS or DHL.

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 3–5 business days before shipment.

Delivery Delays

  • While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather, courier issues, or other factors beyond our control.

2. Order Cancellations

All Sales Are Final. We do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed.

3. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or with missing components (e.g., drills, canvas), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • For incomplete kits, we will ship replacement drills or accessories at no extra cost.

4. Reporting an Issue

To report a problem, use our website messaging system or email us at PGDsupport@gmail.com. Please include: Your order number & clear photos of the product and packaging

5. Payment Methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal.

6. Payment Security

All transactions are encrypted and processed through secure gateways to protect your personal and financial information.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We currently do not offer COD (Cash on Delivery).

10. Payment Confirmation

Once your payment is successful, you will receive an order confirmation email.

11. Refunds & Returns

No Returns Policy

  • Due to the custom nature of diamond painting kits, we do not accept returns.

Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds will only be issued if the issue with your order is due to our error (e.g., wrong product, missing major components).

Refund Method

  • Refunds are provided as Pixel Points, which can be used for future purchases. Cash refunds are not available.

Request Period

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Proof Required

  • Please provide photos of the product, packaging, and any issues when requesting a refund.

Processing Time

  • Once approved, refunds will be issued as Pixel Points within 5–7 business days.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or significantly damaged during transit, contact us immediately for assistance.
