Do you ship overseas?
We currently do not offer international shipping. As we are still in our early access stage, shipping is limited to the Philippines.
Global shipping is part of our future so stay tuned!
Free local delivery (Philippines)
We offer free delivery within the Philippines!
How long will it take to get my order?
For orders within Metro Manila, delivery is typically completed within the same day once your order has been processed.
For areas outside Metro Manila but still within our service coverage, delivery may take a bit longer depending on your location and courier availability.
Delays may occasionally occur due to high order volume, weather conditions, or courier limitations.
What shipping carriers do you use?
Orders within the Philippines are delivered via Lalamove or Grab delivery for fast and secure service.
Problems With Your Order
What if there are damaged or missing items from my order?
If your order arrives damaged or with missing components (e.g. drills, canvas, etc.), please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order.
If the issue is due to our error, we will send a replacement immediately at no additional cost.
Do you accept cancellations?
All Sales Are Final. We do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed.

Do you offer refunds?
Yes! Refunds will be issued if there is an issue with your product due to a fault on our end. (e.g. manufacturing defects, wrong product delivered, etc.)
Simply provide proof of damage through photo or video, within 7 days of receiving your order.
How are refunds issued?
Refunds are provided as Pixel Points, which can be used for future purchases.
Cash refunds are currently not available.
Lost of Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or significantly damaged during transit, contact us immediately for assistance.
Return Policy
Due to the custom nature of diamond painting kits, we do not accept returns.

What are Pixel Points?
Pixel Points is our loyalty rewards program that lets you earn and save on your future purchases!
For every $1 spent, you earn 10 Pixel Points!
How do I earn Pixel Points?
You earn 10 Pixel Points for every $1 spent on eligible purchases at our store.
For example, if the purchase amount (after discount) is $80, you will receive 800 pixel points.
Pixel Points are automatically added to your account after you complete your purchase.
How can I use my Pixel Points?
You can redeem your Pixel Points to enjoy discounts on your future purchases, with a minimum redemption of 100 pixel points.
For example, if you have 850 pixel points, you can redeem 800 points for a $8 discount. With the remaining 50 pixel points going towards future discount redemptions.
Do I earn Pixel Points on refunds?
Yes!
The equivalent value of the refund will be credited back to you in Pixel Points. For example, if the refund value is $20, you will receive 200 Pixel Points!
Do Pixel Points expire?
Yes, Pixel Points expire after 1 year from the date they are earned. Be sure to use them before they expire!
Is there a limit to how many Pixel Points I can earn?
There is no limit to how many Pixel Points you can earn. The more you purchase, the more points you collect!
Can I use Pixel Points with other promotions or discounts?
No, Pixel Points cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or discounts, unless otherwise stated.
How do I check my Pixel Points balance?
You can check your Pixel Points balance anytime by logging into your account.
Can I redeem my Pixel Points for cash?
Pixel Points cannot be redeemed for cash. They can only be used for discounts on future purchases at our store.
How can I receive my Pixel Points?
Simply create an account with us, and you’ll automatically earn Pixel Points on all future orders!
Is there any way to earn extra Pixel Points?
Yes! We occasionally offer bonus points during special promotions, events, or seasonal sales.
